Angel Hair Pasta and Scallops with Margherita® Prosciutto

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2014
I was hesitant to try a recipe with so little reviews, but I am glad I did! It turned out very good. I did substitute white button mushrooms for the crimini and it was fine.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
Excellent muffin recipe. I did cut back on the oil though to 1/2c and used frozen bananas. The extra moisture from the defrosted bananas more than made up for the decrease in oil. Also I added about 1 1/2 TBS of peanut butter to experiment, next time I would add more for extra protein.

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2014
Made this for my 6 yr old & 3 yr old when we ran out of cocoa mix. My 6 yr old declared this the BEST Hot Cocoa ever and said we should never buy the store bought again. I definitely agree with her. This recipe is SUPER easy and delicious! Just be sure to cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup or it will be too sweet!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2013
This bread was very yummy and my 6 yr old LOVED it! Easy recipe, both of my daughters helped (ages 6 & 3 yrs old). Followed the advice of others and ONLY used 2 cans of biscuit dough. Any more than that and you will have a huge mess in your oven.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2013
I made this for Christmas this year and it was fantastic. I used 4 large leftover croissants in an 8x8 glass baking dish. I upped the eggs to 5 and decreased the milk to 1.5 cups. My husband loved it!

Very good! Felt it was missing a little something so I added crushed red pepper flakes for spiciness.

This was fabulous! I used fresh squeezed oranges and substituted white vinegar diluted with water for the rice vinegar since I did not have any.

LOVE this recipe. Added sun-dried tomatoes as that was all I had available, and red crushed pepper flakes! Even my 16 month old loved it!

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
I used this recipe to frost lemon cupcakes for Easter. I subbed lemon juice for the vanilla extract and I doubled the recipe for 22 cupcakes. I ended up with maybe 1/2-3/4 c leftover frosting. This is the best frosting I have made to date! YUM!

French Toast Casserole

I followed the recipe as is and it turned out fine. It was not soggy at all and the taste was good. It just was not as outstanding as other reviewers stated.
