Hearty Pasta Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
This soup was delicious. I didn't have zucchini and I don't like mushroom so instead I added a stalk of diced celery and a few handfuls of fresh baby spinach at the end. I followed the rest of the recipe as written and it is delicious! You won't be disappointed!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2010
These cookies are amazing! I used a small scoop for dishing up the cookies and it made about 9 dozen. I took them to work and by the end of the day they were all gone. I have never had so many compliments on a chocolate chip cookie! This is the only recipe I am using from now on!

Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
So delicious and so easy! I added shredded carrots, diced tomatoes and black olives to the garlic and olive oil. I also added steamed broccoli to the pasta/sauce mix at the end and topped with plenty of shredded parmesan cheese. Thanks for the easy tasty dinner, I can't wait for leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
Very easy and very delicious. I added a little shredded swiss cheese to the sauce and it went perfectly with both the chicken and over pasta and broccoli for sides. I will definitely make this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
I just made this for a second time but made them into individual chicken pot pies instead of adding the dumplings. I used the recipe as the filling. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of chicken broth instead of water, and added additional seasonings and vegetables. I spooned the mixture into individual crocks and topped with puff pastry. I popped them in the over for 15 minutes and the results were awesome. Easy chicken pot pie that is delicious and simple!

Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2010
I thought this turned out really moist. I used Splenda instead of sugar and added a heaping cup of blueberries. I also substituted half of the shortening with unsweetened applesauce. Thanks for the great recipe! I will definitely be making this again! I did not have any problem with the inside being undercooked and baked for a total of 65 minutes.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
I made this for dinner tonight and it was fabulous! I only used 1 Tbs of the hot sauce and it had plenty of spice. I also dredged the chicken in flour as others had suggested. I served it with sticky rice and steamed broccoli. I'm already thinking about when I will make this again! Thanks for a great easy meal!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
So easy and delicious. I doubled the sauce (except the corn starch) and served over broccoli, mixed peppers, and sugar snap peas. This has become my favorite staple meal!
