Cranberry Kitchen Cookies
If you just follow the recipe, I'd give this 3 stars. I took some recommendations from other reviewers and glazed them after they came out, and that made them perfect! I can't eat nuts, so I omitted the nuts, but I added orange zest (about the zest of 1 orange), then glazed it with OJ and powdered sugar. They are tangy, not too sweet, and the cranberries make a very colorful cookie for Christmas or valentine holidays.
