It's Chili by George!!

I LOVE this chili! Its perfect for cold days... warms you right up! I always add in black beans also, just because I love them, and sometimes add in some chopped jalepenos (when I'm feeling the need for some extra spicy. Overall though, this is GREAT and everyone loves it. It's even better leftover. Once you have it in the fridge for a day the flavors really come out.

Lemon-Cream Cheese Cupcakes

These were SO good! I made them this way the first time, and the lemon flavor was great. The second time I made them, I used the 'coconut cream cheese' recipe from this site, and it made these EVEN better! The lemon-coconut combo was great. Definitely a refreshing 'summery' dessert.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Great! I made a mistake the first time I made these and bought the hotter version of the Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce (I didnt realize there were different levels of the Buffalo one)... we all love spicy food, but this was so spicy that we couldnt even stomach it! So make sure you get the right kind of Frank's, or else you'll be in pain! I served these on hoagie rolls and melted pepperjack or american cheese over them (depending on individual tastes). Thanks!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Awesome! I loved this recipe! The sandwiches from this were great, we couldnt get enough of the sauce. It makes alot of chicken, and I ended up throwing away the left-overs after a week, but i think next time i'll try making a bbq chicken pizza with the leftovers. Thanks for a keeper!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos

These were GREAT! I doubled the recipe so that I could have some leftovers. SO much flavor in these, I was shocked! I used lowfat cream cheese and whole wheat tortillas and they were amazing for a 'healthy' meal! I think next time I will make them the day before and heat it up later, because the leftovers were better than the first meal. I think it gave the flavors some time to marinade. Will definitely be making this again!

Greek Chicken Pasta

I was kind of nervous with this one, thought it would be dry since there wasn't any real liquid or sauce to it... but OMG it was so good. Full of flavor and definitely a repeat. Although I omitted the olives, just because I dont like them :-) Would recommend this to anyone!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This seems more like a chicken chili to me than a soup... but you can call it whatever you'd like, because its AMAZING. Crock-pot recipes are my favorite, and smelling it all day definitely made me anxious to try it for dinner. We served it with cheddar cheese, sour cream and some crushed fritos (the saltiness of them went GREAT with it). I will definitely be making this over and over!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

These are amazing!! I got a ton of compliments on them and they were all gone quick. Each time I make it, I melt the butter with the cinnamon and sugard and spread that on top, rather than dotting with just softened butter -- it works better for me and gets the mixture even all over. Also, the second time i made these I added a handful of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cheesecake mixture and it gave an added little chocolate flavor.

Pecan Pie Bars I

These were amazing! I made them in a 9x13 glass pyrex pand, and sprayed the bottom AND sides with non-stick spray, and I had no issues with sticking! I wish I had doubled the recipe because they were gone quick and everyone was asking for more. Thanks for a great addition to my recipe box!

Burrito Pie

I made this last night for family and it was great!! Everyone raved about it and called it a "definite repeat" dinner. I made it exactly as the recipe called except for one small change (because my skillet was too small). Unfortunately, the beef, taco sace, chiles, and tomatoes filled my skilled to the brim, so I had to heat up the refried beans seperately. Then I layered it as beef mixture, cheese, then spread the beans on the tortilla and put it face down on the cheese. It worked out perfectly that way! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! 5 stars!

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

These were GREAT!! I made it exactly as its listed and it came out wonderful! The only things I might change next time are #1 3 cans of sliced pineapple, I was about 4 slices short for the full 24 cupcakes. #2 will use muffin tins instead of cupcake tins next time, there wasnt much room for the batter and I think you'd get more 'cake' with the slightly larger muffin tin #3 I would cover the wire cooling rack with wax paper or parchment paper. They did stick to the rack a little bit. Now don't get me wrong, these were EXCELLENT the way they are, these were just minor adjustments. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Fruit Pizza II

This dessert was AMAZING! I made it exactly how the recipe calls for. I served it on Mother's Day and the entire thing was gone within minutes. Everyone was raving over the fact that it looked professional, and then couldnt get over how GOOD it was! DO NOT leave out the glaze, that was the absolute best part! I will definitely be making this again!

Oh my goodness! This was amazing! I made it exactly like the recipe said and everyone LOVED it! I think I went a little light on the caramel, so I'll use a little more next time, but it was absolutly wonderful. The perfect summer dessert!

Country Apple Dumplings

Oh my goodness, these were amazing!!! I made them exactly how the recipe called (except i used diet mountain dew because its all i had). Everyone was asking for the recipe and couldnt believe how easy and delicious theu were. I took mine out of the pan right away though, there was alot of liquid in the 9x13 pan and i did t want them to get soggy. So that would be my only tip! Enjoy!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Loved these!! I made them because I had pumpkin left over from another recipe and didnt want it to go bad... and boy am I glad I did!! They are very moist and have great pumpkin flavor. The mixture of spices is perfect! They have the consistency of the "italian cookies" but the frosting and pumpkin give a nice twist to it. Will definitely be making these again!

Baked Sweet Potatoes

These were AMAZING. I made them exactly as the recipe is written and am so happy that I have a new option for making sweet potatoes. They almost taste like sweet potato fries, but in wedges! Thanks for the amazing recipe!
