Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Loved these!! I made them because I had pumpkin left over from another recipe and didnt want it to go bad... and boy am I glad I did!! They are very moist and have great pumpkin flavor. The mixture of spices is perfect! They have the consistency of the "italian cookies" but the frosting and pumpkin give a nice twist to it. Will definitely be making these again!

Apple Brownies

These were OK. Nothing exceptional. Definitely need to double the recipe or else the "brownies" are very very thin.

Apple Crisp II

Love this apple crisp! It came out amazing... I gave it 4 stars because the topping needed more butter than called for, otherwise it came out powdery and grainy. But once that change was made it was great!

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

This was great!! Very easy to make and had lots of flavor. I think next time I will add a few more veggies (possibly red pepper and broccoli). But overall it was excellent!

Burrito Pie

I made this last night for family and it was great!! Everyone raved about it and called it a "definite repeat" dinner. I made it exactly as the recipe called except for one small change (because my skillet was too small). Unfortunately, the beef, taco sace, chiles, and tomatoes filled my skilled to the brim, so I had to heat up the refried beans seperately. Then I layered it as beef mixture, cheese, then spread the beans on the tortilla and put it face down on the cheese. It worked out perfectly that way! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! 5 stars!

Country Apple Dumplings

Oh my goodness, these were amazing!!! I made them exactly how the recipe called (except i used diet mountain dew because its all i had). Everyone was asking for the recipe and couldnt believe how easy and delicious theu were. I took mine out of the pan right away though, there was alot of liquid in the 9x13 pan and i did t want them to get soggy. So that would be my only tip! Enjoy!

Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

Oh my goodness! This was amazing! I made it exactly like the recipe said and everyone LOVED it! I think I went a little light on the caramel, so I'll use a little more next time, but it was absolutly wonderful. The perfect summer dessert!

Fruit Pizza II

This dessert was AMAZING! I made it exactly how the recipe calls for. I served it on Mother's Day and the entire thing was gone within minutes. Everyone was raving over the fact that it looked professional, and then couldnt get over how GOOD it was! DO NOT leave out the glaze, that was the absolute best part! I will definitely be making this again!

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes

These were GREAT!! I made it exactly as its listed and it came out wonderful! The only things I might change next time are #1 3 cans of sliced pineapple, I was about 4 slices short for the full 24 cupcakes. #2 will use muffin tins instead of cupcake tins next time, there wasnt much room for the batter and I think you'd get more 'cake' with the slightly larger muffin tin #3 I would cover the wire cooling rack with wax paper or parchment paper. They did stick to the rack a little bit. Now don't get me wrong, these were EXCELLENT the way they are, these were just minor adjustments. Thanks so much for the recipe!
