Apple Crisp II

I really loved this recipe, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because my apples got mushy. Maybe will cut down the baking time next time. Otherwise this was very delicious!!

Banana Chip Muffins

I thought these muffins were just ok, they didn't taste much like bananas, and were kinda spongey. Next time I will use just bananas and not the apple sauce.

Carrot Cheesecake Muffins

These muffins were incredible, they are the perfect combination between cheesecake and carrot muffins. I made them as mini muffins and only baked them for 15 minutes and they turned out perfect!!

Caramel Corn IV

I thought that this recipe was very good, I doubled the sauce, and used a bag and a half of microwave popcorn, I also added some walnuts to it. The only thing that i would change is not to put it in a bowl to cool, all of my caramel corn stuck together in one big clump and I had to break it apart. I would probably spread it out on wax paper to cool instead.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Very good recipe, I found it a little hard to get the sauce smooth, but it still was really good, also I added garlic seasoning and salt and pepper, and I added some sun dried tomato feta cheese as well. Very very good, even the leftovers were spectacular.

Double-Apricot Glazed Ham

Ham and topping were very good but found it a little too sweet, I halved the apricot preserves and used about a cup of the dijon mustard instead. Also could have halved the recipe, it was a lot of topping. But overall the was a very good recipe and everyone enjoyed it!!
