Defnitely tangy, but great! I used Budweiser brand sauce, a TON more chopped garlic, about 1/8 of a cup of diced green pepper and a can of sweet onion diced tomatoes. Very good - I think I would have liked it better in a slow-cooker on low for a few hours or I might like it better heated up for tomorrow's lunch. It's an amazing recipe from a fellow Sun Prairie, Wisconsinite, but I think it would be even better if the ingredients and spices had a chance to blend overnight. If not cooked in a crockpot, one might try blending the raw meat with the sauce and spices and marinating overnight before frying it all up. Thanks!!
