No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
DELICIOUS!! No bake cookies are so easy and they don't make me feel as guilty about eating sweets. To make this recipe a little healthier I did make a few adjustments BUT I do believe these would've turned out just as good without my changes. 1. I substituted half of the butter for coconut oil. 2. Substituted half of the sugar for light brown sugar (not packed). 3. I used crunchy peanut butter...yum! 4. I put them in the fridge to cool and it took about 30 minutes. We couldn't wait to eat them and next time I will double the recipe because these are going quickly. Thank you for posting such a mom-friendly & kid approved recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
I doubled this recipe because i had several chicken thighs and i also followed the advice of some other reviewers by flouring the chicken first and cooking the chicken a little longer than 1-2 minutes before adding the sauce. I did omit the ginger but only because i didn't have it. This recipe reminds me of General Tso's chicken. Next time i'll add some red pepper flakes to turn up the heat and make a copycat General Tso's! Thanks for posting i think it's great.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
DELICIOUS!! I've never made cobbler before but my grandfather mentioned that he had some strawberry cobbler and i just happened to have some fresh picked strawberries at the house i needed to use. I had 4 cups so i doubled the recipe, except for the butter (only used 7 tbsp) and the 1 tbsp of sugar remained the same for a 9 x 13" pan. I also used wheat flour (about 1 1/4 cup for a double batch). Then cooked it for 45 minutes because my oven cooks fast. It turned out perfectly; crispy edges & spongey cobbler center!! I would highly recommend this recipe for an easy and delicious dessert and I will be using this one again...SOON!
