Lentil Soup
I altered by using all chicken broth and adding a bay leave along with extra oregano and basil. The Organic TruRoots Sprouted Green Lentils take about 1/2 hour to cook so I simmered the delicious dish a total of 2 hours. YUMMY

Blueberry Buckle
OMG this tasted very close to the way my dear friend Faun made her buckle when she brought it to church on Sundays. I added the zest and juice of a fresh lemon and cut down on the sugar. Next time I will add more blueberrys.

15-Year-Old Pesto Sauce
