Perfect, absolutely perfect. I cannot have pizza any longer as it has so much sodium in it. Having high blood pressure and having to be on a restricted diet of only 1,400 mg of sodium a day, pizza just was not an option any longer. Until now, canned tomatoes have so much sodium that I could not even make homemade sauce. Never thought about tomato past. Looked at the can, no sodium. Love it! Not only does this sauce serve as a low-sodium option, it also tasted wonderful. MY wife thought I was crazy for trying this recipe, but when she ate it, she only had wonderful things to say about it and how great it tasted, not too sweet, not an overpowering tomato flavor, just the right amount of everything. The only thing I would change next time would be to add a little more honey as I tend to like more a of a sweeter sauce.
