Swedish Meatballs I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
What a great recipe. Swedish Meatballs are one of my all time favorite childhood foods and this was the first time I have ever made it for my children. I added a few additional spices to the meatballs (Jamaican Allspice, Nutmeg, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder & Paprika) and used crushed Ritz crackers. My 5 year old told me that I I was ever in a cooking contest that I would win for sure if I made this!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
Perfect, absolutely perfect. I cannot have pizza any longer as it has so much sodium in it. Having high blood pressure and having to be on a restricted diet of only 1,400 mg of sodium a day, pizza just was not an option any longer. Until now, canned tomatoes have so much sodium that I could not even make homemade sauce. Never thought about tomato past. Looked at the can, no sodium. Love it! Not only does this sauce serve as a low-sodium option, it also tasted wonderful. MY wife thought I was crazy for trying this recipe, but when she ate it, she only had wonderful things to say about it and how great it tasted, not too sweet, not an overpowering tomato flavor, just the right amount of everything. The only thing I would change next time would be to add a little more honey as I tend to like more a of a sweeter sauce.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
I made this for the first time Christmas morning. Thought it would be a nice surprise to get up extra early and make a nice homemade breakfast for the whole family. These were such a huge hit with everyone, they started to accuse me of going to the local mall and buying them from cinnabon. Did not change anything. This has started to become a regular on weekends. Awesome recipe.

Country White Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
This has become a staple in my house. We make this bread every Sunday so we have fresh bread for the week. By Friday morning what ever is left becomes breakfast by making french toast. I usually add one cup wheat flour and the rest white. Turns out perfect every time. I have even started to use this recipe to make fresh hamburger buns whenever we grill.
