Fluffy Instant Donuts

Do to the review I made the suggested changes (1c. flour, 3 eggs, 3/4c. water) and they came out great. I was scared as I did not want oil soaked donuts so I used a thermometer to make sure the oil was hot enough.

Cheddar Cheese Nippers

I found these to taste more like a biscut than a cracker. I would have liked more of a cheese flavor. If I try again I would refrigerate in a log and then slice with dental floss as thin as I could get them.

Fettuccini Carbonara

What can I say this was the BEST pasta dish that I have ever made. I changed the recipe a little bit as I did not have all the ingredients and based on the reviews. I cooked 4 strips of bacon drained most of the fat and then sauteed the garlic then added some 2 min. steamed broccoli and the bacon strips. I used 4 egg yolks, 3/4c. heavy whipping cream and 1c. grated parmesan cheese. My dog is a strick meat eater and begged for a taste of the sauce; gave her two noddles and she brake danced all over the floor. This is a KEEPER, Thanks!

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

This is the glaze I have been looking for. I trippled the marinade so that we would have some to drizzle over our rice. This was great flavor but I would cut down on the qty. of chopped onion. (I love onions raw, cooked, grilled, and fried but over powered to me but my partner does not care for onions said it did not taste to onion-ie.) I did not have green onions so I after I plated I sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.

Soy Sauce Substitute

This would be a great option if I could not eat soy sauce(Thankfully I do not have any food allergies). I did not have enough soy sauce for my recipe this worked great for what I needed. This is a great base for marinades. Thanks!

Impossible Buttermilk Pie

This was a great/quick recipe for a late night sweet tooth. I cut the recipe and made 1/3 of the batter and added a few dashes of cinnamon. I topped with a dusting of powder sugar. This was a very sweet treat next time will reduce the amount of sugar.

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

This was great. Had reservations about making this but wow was this good. We have had this once a week for the last three weeks. Thought to add a comment since I'm making it now. We enjoy ginger so I grate some fresh ginger reduce oil by half and add some minced garlic.

Lemon Berry Slushy

Crispy Fried Chicken

Baked French Toast

Let me start by saying I am not a frenach toast fan, but my partner is hinch why I made it. I followed a mixture of the review as I hate sogging bread. I did not add the topping as I let people of a choice of flavored syrups. I enjoyed it and my partner has asked for it three times in the week since I made it. Next time I will add a little more cinnamin and vanila with a splash of sugar for our taste. This was such a quick prep dish and since I am up about an hour our two before everyone else it was ready when they were.

Diabetic Dog Treats

Great Maxx and Emma loved them. I did not have any chicken hearts on hand so I used a packeage of chicken hot dogs. These were quick and easy to make. I used a bottle top as my cookie cutter and my picky eater started to break dance all over the floor after one taste. Can't wait to try other meats and see what they prefer.

I gave the recipe five stars but my first attmept was only worth three starrs. I did not have freash ginger so used powered ginger and homemade soy sauce. Next time I will use double the homeade soy sauce and no water. Can't wait to try again the skin on the chicken was stiky-sweet.

PHILLY Hot Crab Dip

Great snack! I have made this many times. I also add a can of drained shrimp and a few dashes of red pepper flakes and us sour cream instead of Miracle Whip. I bake the mixture in a shallow baking dish without stiring untill the top brownes and bubbles.

Tuscan Soup

Loved this recipe! Did not have enough chicken broth so used a combo of chicken, beef and veggie broth, five sausage links and a five pound bag of potatoes I also used heavy cream instead of evaporated milk. I did not care for the spinach(I love spinach cooked or raw) next time I will sub. and use kale and add some cooked and crumbled bacon when adding sausage.
