These were AWESOME! After reading the reviews, and having leftover potatoes from Thanksgiving I used the remaining green onions from Tday, the remaining fresh parsley, gourmet seasoned salt, fresh ground pepper (instead of onion, salt pepper and hot sauce in rcp.) Everything else was the same, added 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese and fried in pan in olive oil. A+++ a keeper. I'd also like to say. . . if it's a good recipe, rate it as such, personal preference should make no difference in the recipe. I too, prefer them fried, but baked is healtier, and I will probably try that also. Thanks for the great recipe !!
