BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
These are soooooo good. This was the first time I ever made meatballs. I always just threw the mix in a casserole and made meat loaf. My son would now rather have meat ball. Thanks!!!

Fresh Yeast Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
This is a GREAT recipe!! I used two pkg of active dry yeast and started in one cup warm water with a tsp of sugar. I also added 1/4 c. honey, and 1/2 c. safflower oil instead of the shortening. I whisked in 7 cups, then stirred and stirred. I made three large loaves and 6 mini loaves, for those times when a tiny sandwich is just right :). Thanks!!

Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This was GREAT!! I used a 7X11 pan, more turkey, leftover gravy, put the leftover broccoli bake on top of turkey, and used leftover sweet potatoes. . . VOILA, not many more leftovers ;) My kids LOVED it !! Thanks!

Mashed Potato Cakes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
These were AWESOME! After reading the reviews, and having leftover potatoes from Thanksgiving I used the remaining green onions from Tday, the remaining fresh parsley, gourmet seasoned salt, fresh ground pepper (instead of onion, salt pepper and hot sauce in rcp.) Everything else was the same, added 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese and fried in pan in olive oil. A+++ a keeper. I'd also like to say. . . if it's a good recipe, rate it as such, personal preference should make no difference in the recipe. I too, prefer them fried, but baked is healtier, and I will probably try that also. Thanks for the great recipe !!
