Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
Very very yummy! Thanks for this nutritious recipe. Much better for you than regular meatloaf. I did add an extra egg and bbq instead of hot sauce cause I have small kids. But soooo good. Good job!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
Cookies tasted great but the dough was so terrible to work with. It was soo sticky. I used confectioners sugar like another reviewer suggested but I still had problems. I honestly couldn't even eat one yet because I struggled so bad they don't look good to me. But everyone said how wonderful they tasted.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
I usually love meatloaf but did not care for this. Sorry the ketchup brown sugar mix was too sweet and the meatloaf was lacking flavor. Sorry but not that great

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
Soo good. I added teriyaki sauce and also followed the advice of other reviewers and added seasoning salt, the whole egg, extra bread crumbs, and more garlic, and a dash of soy sauce. My husband loved them so much that after he ate his with the bun he went and ate 2 patties by themselves.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2011
This was so easy and so awesome. I didn't have dijon so I used regular mustard. I only made 2 large chicken breast but made the recipe as it was written cause i basted the chicken alot during the cooking process and I served it on the side as a dip for the chicken. We will make this again and again.

Mango Blueberry Muffins With Coconut Streusel

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Made exactly as directed. Except made my own sour milk because I didn't have buttermilk. They are a tad crumbly (maybe because of my substitution) but who cares? They taste delicious! And do they ever make your house smell delicious

Irish Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Very yummy. I read other reviews that said it was greasy but I used real butter and mine was really good. I did however cook mine very well before I put the cheese on. It was very browned. Everyone loved it and had seconds, even my 3 year old who doesn't always eat potatoes. Also I added half of a chopped onion instead of minced (just for preference) and I doubled it and put it in the same size casserole dish. It barely fit but it worked.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
So yummy. Very rich. My only complaint is that even though I put the batch in fridge (as other suggested) after I put the chocolate in the cookie the chocolate still melted which actually tasted good, but the chocolae stays in the melted wet state. So you can't pile up the cookies or put in a baggie cause the chocolate gets all over. Other than that the taste is amazing. My hubby ate 6 before they were even doen cooling.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
Very good chicken. I actually forgot to add the garclic and it was still so good. I used fresh onion instead of onion powder and made a gravy out of the drippings. Just added about 2 tablespoons of flour and made a rue and then added about a cup to a cup and a hlaf of chicken stock. Good simple recipe.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
Very good. I like my frosting sweet so I added about 3/4 cup more conf. sugar. And a 1/4 ts more of vanilla per my personal preference. I halved the recipe and it frosted 24 cupcakes perfectly. I used this on the pumpkin ginger cupcakes from this site. Very good!!!!

Grandma's Corn Chowder

Wow! Soo good. I used Kilbasa instead of bacon. My family loves spices so I added a touch of nutmeg, a tablespoon of seasoned salt, and some crushed red pepper. I also added a bag of frozed corn. This was awesome.

Monkey Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
Delish! I may have added too much syrup because mine did not invert well. It had way too much liquid on the bottom. It was still sooooo good though. I was only serving 3 people so I halved the recipe and used an 8x8 in square pan. We ate every bite of it.
