Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
Easy and Delicious. This got rave reviews all around. I followed the directions for the toffee exactly and though I was very concerned at first when it started getting close to temp. it came together nicely. I toasted pecans in butter and salt first, finely chopped them and used them as a base. Then hot toffee. Then poured about half a bag of semi-sweet chips over the top, let them melt and spread it out. Drizzled melted white chocolate over that. Perfect!
