I lived most my adult years in Montana where I learned to cook my mom's side of the family traditional Native American Frybread. On my father's side of the family I learned how to cook Mexican authentic food dishes. I'm still learning new things, but my main thing is baking.

Pizza Dough I
It's good for a last minute dough but that's it. Nothing crazy special about it but again, it does the trick.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Love the recipe. I didn't do the butter in the skin pocket thing because I didn't want the skin to fall back the way the other photos showed. FYI the turkey came out juicy-sooo juicy as long as you keep basting it. I definitely like the rub to put on top-gave a great flavor to it.

Apple Pie I
Love the recipe...would like a little more pizazz to the mixture but otherwise it is very delicious! I added more sugar and cinnamon to give more tarty taste and it turned out VERY VERY good!!!
