The Perfect Cream Cheese Pie Crust

If you're having trouble rolling your dough on flour, place your mixture between two sheets of wax paper and roll. Take off one side of the wax paper and place the rolled dough in your pie pan.

Taco Seasoning I

Very good, & will make it again..I didn't use black pepper, I used white pepper instead..I didn't need to add corn starch as some have written on here because if you simmer this mixture, it thickens itself.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Made this last nite for dinner & it was a hit. I used one onion which I diced fine due to some complaining of lumps in the sauce & sauteed it with minced garlic & green pepper. Salt & pepper the chicken to taste & cooked the chicken. I didn't add the water, I used chicken stock instead of the cube of crushed chicken bouillon, & I cubed the chicken and mixed it in the sauce along with some roasted peppers in olive oil that I had. I bought a loaf of pane bread to go with this delicious dish. Definitely a keeper!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

I made this last nite for dinner. The only changes I made because I didn't have boneless chicken breasts, I used chicken tenders & instead of coating the chicken in flour, I used "pan searing flour" because it coats it lightly & the results are much better, & this is what restaurants use when making seafood so you don't get that thick pasty consistency. We loved the spiciness of it and it's a quick, easy, is done in one skillet & have all the ingredients in the house. The sauce thickens to a nice consistency & I made rice with it and green beans. It's fantastic & will definitely make it again!! Thanks so much for this recipe!

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

I made this yesterday for dessert & sliced the strawberries as suggested & laid each slice w/ the berry side up throughout the crust for perfect placement instead of just dumping them in the crust. The recipe calls for 2 tbsp cornstarch..I think if I didn't make the 2 tbsp LEVEL, it would've been a bit thicker. Next time, & there will be a next time, I will put 1/4 tsp more cornstarch in the mixture to be a tad bit firmer, as I would like. I did use heavy cream to make whipped cream for the topping instead of the whipped cream in the can or cool whip. I give this recipe 5 stars because it's a refreshing dessert for these summer days.

Slow Cooker London Broil

This is such an easy recipe and excellent for this time of the year.. I used the London Broil for this since I didn't want it to go bad..it came out delicious..I added red wine as some suggested & it tasted soooo good! Great comments from my family & they're going back for seconds!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Chicken Marsala

Delicious recipe! I doubled the sauce, used sliced baby bella mushrooms, put some heavy whipping cream in, & it was fantastic. My entire family loved it because it wasn't overbearing & will definitely make this again! 5* all the way.

Apple Cider Sauce and Pork Loin Chops

I made this for dinner this evening as was written with the exception of using fresh apple cider that I bought today at the farmers market. My family was quick to comment that this is a winner and will be making this agaiin for the rest of my family members. I served it with mashed potatoes and spinach..Thanks for this fantastic easy recipe!

Comforting Chicken

I baked it in my convection oven instead of the regular oven and it was done in 45min. I did add mexican cheese on it as one poster did and my cheese didn't come out hard as she wrote & I put broccoli in & it didn't come out mushy. I find that my convection oven bakes things a bit faster and we enjoy the flavor/texture of whatever we use it for, much better. This dish is great when I'm in a hurry and is filling.

Sloppy Joes II

I've been making this same recipe, however, I also add chopped celery & one clove of minced garlic to the mixture with the onion, peppers,and ground beef..then I also add some vinegar to it..it's awesome. My family loves it and everyone who's had it always asks for the recipe..I've been making it for years, so I actually don't really measure the ingredients, I just "eyeball" it.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

First off, I'm not a pork person. However, I read the comments & decided to make it this evening. I loved it along with my family..I took one cup of the juices along with the onions & thickened it so it's a heavier gravy, & also had the juices for other family members who wanted that. Both were delicious. I was surprised that everyone commented how good it was. Tangy, sweet, absolutely scrumptious. You can use this recipe with anything you're making.

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This is definitely a keeper. I'm not really a ribs fan to begin with, but, I made this recipe and followed it exactly as written. Everyone in my family enjoyed it, including me, and they all asked what was in it and not to lose this recipe. This recipe is delicious and the ribs were so tender.

I made this tonite for dinner. We all enjoyed it..I think the spicyness came out by sauteing the garlic and red pepper flakes together. Is an easy dish to make and none was left in the pot.

Chicken Scampi II

I made this dish per the directions. We all felt like it was missing something..also, we felt there was too much of an oil/butter taste. I guess I expected too much from the other people who gave this recipe 5 stars. I made this recipe again, adding some white wine..we enjoyed it much better and is a quick easy dish to prepare and enjoy.
