Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

These are delicious. I sautéed the garlic and chopped stem pieces in the butter then added it to the crab(canned, not surimi)/stuffing mixture. I drizzled a scant amount of melted butter on top and sprinkled with good parmesan cheese before baking....yummmm. I only made 1/2 the recipe because I only had 1/2 dozen enormous white mushrooms that we bought from a local farm. I stuffed those bad boys to within an inch of their lives : ) and had just the right amount of stuffing. This almost never happens : ) Thanks for a great recipe. This ones a keeper.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I made 2 of these because I work in a large office. Since this was the first time I made this, I did what I usually do when trying a new recipe: I made the 1st one exactly as written and the 2nd one using reviewers recommendations, such as leave in oven longer. The original recipe is perfect. You will find that after 30 minutes of baking, the center will appear to be unset, however, it will continue to set as it cools. The second was still delicious but definitely overcooked. My co-workers devoured all of it.

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

This cake is amazing. I omitted the pecans and drizzed the cooled cake with a glaze that I made. I used a 9 inch springform pan sealed with foil. No mess in the oven :). This one may be a coffee cake but it's best with a big ole glass of ice cold milk! Thanks for sharing.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This recipe is awesome! I made it for a potluck at work and it was the first thing to go. I used boston pork butt instead of tenderloin. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.
