No Bake Pumpkin Pie I
Thanksgiving day wouldn't be complete without pumpkin pie ... but with all the other items needing to be cooked, I didn't want to bake another thing. This pie is super easy and oh so yummy. Took it to a dessert party and it was a hit over all the other baked pumpkin pies. This is definitely on my list of top holiday pies.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
Made this yesterday for Thanksgiving and I was extremely pleased with the results! I have a tendency to overcook my turkeys leaving them dry and needing to be bathed in gravy ... but not this time. My kids and hubby all commented on how juicy and tender the meat was along with comments on the amazing flavor. Like some other reviews, I added a few celery stalks, chopped onion, pats of butter and 1/4 cup of chicken broth to the pot. I'm making this again for a Christmas party in a few weeks. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
This was an easy and tasty version of corned beef and cabbage - which my family loved. To add extra flavor I used 2 cups water + 2 cups beef stock - instead of 4 cups water. I'd also prefer a little extra spice in addition to the spice packet that came with the beef - I'll add more of my own next time.
