I feel like June Cleaver in a thong with an attitude! I am finally a stay at home housewife, and am looking forward to cooking each and every day. During the holidays, my family always makes an Italian dish to pass, either Lasagna or Manicotti. I have always wanted to make Chateaubriand, and I finally mustard up the nerve to do it. I used the recipe from this website, Chateaubrian con Vino Brodo. It turned out excellent!! I was so excited. When I was single, years and years ago, I was making dinner for someone and I burned the whole dinner. Not just a little, but really burned it. Needless to say I never saw him again!! Also I have learned that more is not always better. :P
