AWESOME recipe! I am lacking on ingredients and left out the vinegar totally, and substituted the milk with water, and it still turned out fantastic. I also gave a generous amount of vanilla extract, and these smell and taste just delightful! I am definitely going to use this as my base recipe to make pumpkin or strawberry waffles.
