Mediterranean Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2012
My family, to include my children, LOVE this recipe. It is simple, quick & tastes great. In the absence of garlic, fresh cilantro and basil, I once used garlic powder & bottled cilantro and basil. It still tasted great. When I don't have fresh fish, I have used frozen, preparing it the same way. Still turned out fabulously. I don't think one could ruin this recipe. I definitely recommend it.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2010
I have made this macaroni salad now 3 times. While I feared, when first making it, that it may be too sweet, I elected to make it exactly as the recipe called for, except for adding 2 or 3 boiled eggs and a bit of sweet pickle relish. I also sprinkle the top of the finished salad with hungarian paprika. (It makes a lovely presentation that way.) Surprisingly, my family loved the salad and everyone who ate it loved it. No one found it too sweet at all. I have abandoned my old macaroni salad recipe in lieu of this one which my family and guests love. I would recommend it.
