Mom's Mustard Style Potato Salad
This is a great recipe, and easy to alter to fit individual taste. I doubled the recipe. I didn't mash the potatoes, but kept them in small cubes. I used dill relish instead of sweet relish (personal preference) and omitted the pimentos (personal preference). I also doubled the mustard and mayonnaise (used real mayo and not creamy salad dressing) and added about a tablespoon of white vinegar for tartness. I also added about a teaspoon of black pepper to the potatoes before mixing all of the ingredients. It turned out marvelously. My four-year-old granddaughter helped me make it and she gave it two thumbs up! What more could you ask for?!

Five Minute Ice Cream
This is a very versatile and delicious recipe with what seems like unlimited possibilities in the fruit you can use. The only change I make is to use sugar substitute (one that measure cup for cup like sugar) instead of sugar. I don't have to watch my sugar for any other reason than that I am losing weight and sugar is my enemy...of course there is the cream...but some things are just not negotiable! Excellent recipe. Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta
What a great recipe! I didn't follow the directions exactly, I used precooked, seasoned chicken and I couldn't find sun-dried tomatoes without oil, so I drained them well before adding them. I added a little less spinach than was directed, but it was absolutely delicious anyway! These were a hit with my family and co-workers!
