Pam's BBQ Flat Jacks

Very dry. I added 1/4 cup extra BBQ sauce when I saw how dry the meat mixture was. There were not enough biscuits to cover the bottom of the pan. Even with the extra sauce, it was largely tasteless.

Tomato Soup I

I made this for a Soup Supper at church. The only change I made was to use whole milk in place of the Whipping Cream and halved the amount. People were coming back for seconds, and then thirds. I got lots of excellent comments.

Savory Baked Eggs

I make something very similiar to this. If this sounds good to you, forget the bread crumbs, don't saute the veggies, add (though it sounds strange) a little chopped dill pickle, and bake.

'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing

Made this for company twice. Raves everytime. Served it over a simple sald of lettuce, cucumber slices, red onion, and grape tomatoes. Now, when I have company, everyone expects it.

Layered Peppermint Bark

I made this because it sounded s-o-o-o good. It tastes good-----BUT. When it came time to cut it the Dark Chocolate layer completely serperated from the bottom. In fact, the bottom white chocolate layer was left as an almost solid sheet. I was going to take this as a refreshment to a concerty of my wife's. I ended up munching on it at home (it was edible) and throwing the rest away.

Sugar Plum No-Bake Cookies

I took these to one of my wife's concerts last year. People looked at them, were a tad skeptical, but then tasted. Soon they were calling others to try them. They were gone in no time. In fact, on a tableful of goodies, they were the first one's gone. This year I'll make more.
