I love this chili! I make it at least 2-3 times a year! I only make a few changes that, to me, just make it a little easier. I use four cans of rotel instead of the cans of tomatoes and green chili peppers. I also just use four cans of seasoned kidney beans and I use turkey italian sausage, but that's a personal preference. I brown the meat and throw everything in a crock pot and let it simmer all day on low. And I save the bacon bits and sprinkle on top with cheese and sour cream. Delicious!
