White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This is a good recipe. I made it exactly as it specifies and it turned out great. It is best to cook in a water bath to assure even cooking, otherwise you are asking for cracking and some browning on the edges. Will make again and would highly recommend

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
Excellent recipe. With a few tweaks here and there it has become a go to slow cooker recipe in our home. I followed a few other tips of adding some various spices such as cumin and poultry seasoning. I got a package of fresh herbs that was a poultry mix (sage, rosemary, marjoram, thyme) and used that. Fresh herbs are always, always better to use then dried. I cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast and stuffed a big sage leaf in each one along with a pad of butter and a garlic clove (removed when I shredded the chicken later). It was amazing!!!!!

Very good recipe. We have made this several times over the holidays and everyone raves about it! Try adding a tsp of cinnamon and a 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper for a little kick in the flavor dept!!! It leaves everyone guessing!

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
We found that the recipe didnot have enough liquid. We added around 3 cups of Beef Broth. We also scaled down the recipe from 10 servings to 7 to account for the amount of meat we purchased. We also added celery and fresh green beans. This was a great base recipe that with a little tweaking will become a keeper!!!! Thanks Kyle

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
This recipe for Molasses Sugar Cookies is absolutely perfection!!! I halved the batch and it made a precise 3 dozen cookies. Following others suggestions I left cookies in for 8 minutes and removed for that they would be chewy! i will make these cookies again and again!

Excellent! Made a very moist loaf. I also made Mom's Zucchini Bread exactly as the recipe state (but added a crumb topping) and both my husband and I agreed that this recipe knocked the other out of the park....and it is somewhat healthy....who knew!!!!

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
Made two cakes. One exactly as the recipe states except we folded the blueberries in last, after the egg whites so they wouldn't fall to the bottom of the batter. We also made a little crumb topping. It turned out wonderful. The second cake we substituted raspberries for the blueberries, again folding them in last. And for this version we made a simple lemon zest icing which we spread over the cake once it was on the cooling rack. Then allowed the cake to fully cool and icing to set before cutting it and digging in :) This batter works great for the slightly delicate raspberries as well as blueberries. Awesome Recipe!
