Omg! This recipe is awesome! I had to make some substitutions using what I had on hand. Bourbon instead of rum, bbq sauce instead of ketchup and chili sauce instead of chile sauce (purchased in error). I baked as directed (I would never boil ribs) and marinated overnight. Planned to grill them but it rained so brought them to room temperature for an hour and baked them for 30 minutes and they were great! Falling off the bone tender and needed nothing else! Everyone loved them and they are now my go to rib recipe. Can't wait to make them again!
