Cajun Chicken Pasta
Great dish! I always make the same 3 or so pasta dishes, so I gave this a try! I generally follow the tweaks in the reviews when trying new recipes, so I doubled up on the seasoning, used real garlic and lemon juice, and only had red and yellow peppers so I omitted the green one. This was delicious! However, when I remake it, I will NOT double on the seasoning again! It was a tiny bit too hot for me, but not inedible! Also, I used rotini pasta. Thank you for this!

Julia's Excellent French Onion Soup
I've never made french onion soup before this, so this was my very first time. I'd saved this recipe ages ago and finally decided to make it. It was a HUGE hit! I cut back a little bit on the onions, maybe used 1/4 LESS than the recipe called for, but it probably would have been fine either way. The bacon gives it a subtle, unique hint of flavor. Definitely making this again!

Five Pepper Hummus
VERY SPICY! Not for everyone, although I did enjoy it. Can't dip a hefty amount on whatever you're serving this with. After reading the reviews, I decided to cut the cayenne pepper in half, along with the black pepper. I also only added 3 jalapeno peppers. It was still a little too spicy for my liking, so I added some lemon juice, more garlic, olive oil, and more tahini in an effort to make it a bit more mild. Worked a little. :) Very good, though, will probably make it again.
