Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

Honestly, just ok. Basically this is a beef stew, not radically different from any other slow cooker beef stew dish. The taste was fine, but not memorable and nothing we'd make again.

Seven Layer Gelatin Salad

Very impressive to look at and definitely a conversation piece. I made it in a bundt cake pan which really showed off the layers. I used cool whip instead of evaporated milk and it worked just fine.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Very easy to make and rich and creamy. My Dad ate the almost the whole pie by himself! Like others, I used 1/2 cream and 1/2 coconut milk.

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breasts

Just made this for Thanksgiving for my family and mother. It was delicious. Everyone loved them. Next time though I would make a cranberry sauce to serve on the side.
