Alfredo Sauce

Finally found an Alfredo Sauce that is truly delicious and I would be proud to serve. I didn't have the Romano Cheese and it was still fantastic. The whole family enjoyed!

Cranberry Orange Cookies

The taste was good with the combination of orange and cranberry but I didn't like the texture of the cookie. Mine also kind of spread out while cooking and the cookie was very soft almost cake like. I had trouble picking them up without them wanting to fall apart. I am going to try to find a recipe with cranberry, orange and oatmeal. I think the texture will be a lot better. I used the almond extract like another reviewer suggested and I thought it was overpowering the orange zest so I added all the zest from one orange. If I were to make this again, I wouldn't use the almond extract. The flavor was good but the rest, eh!

Left-Over Turkey Pot Pie

This was delicious and easy to make. I threw in some chopped celery and carrots with the onion mushroom mixture and cooked those together. I skipped the frozen vegetables and doubled the recipe. To be honest, I didn't measure the turkey or vegetables. I just eye balled it.

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill

I have made this recipe twice now and it is so delicious. I like to cook it on the gril until the ham gets a little dark on the edges and the left over marinade I baste on the ham while I am eating it. So good!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

If you think this recipe is good, try the same spices rubbed on chicken pieces and cooked in a rotisserie basket. Absolutely the most delicious chicken I've ever had and nice crispy outer skin.

Ham with Pineapple

This recipe was just okay for us. I don't think that any of the ingredients did much for this ham and the cloves needed to be removed before eating. I probably won't try again. I'm sorry!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

This is probably the best deviled egg recipe I've tried and I would rate it higher but I thought the eggs could be a little creamier some how. If I could have the same flavor but a creamier texture it would get 5 stars from me. It doesn't give me the option but I would give it 4.5 stars as written.

Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

I cooked my brussels sprouts as directed and probably cooked them even longer than the time suggested but they came out way to crunchy. I didn't care for them at all crunchy and I think they would be good cooked even longer. Maybe I will steam them next time for a short period then follow the directions. I will state that the brussels were larger than I normally see in the store so even with cutting them in half they were kind of large.

Carrot Cake III

Very good cake as written. My 17 year old daughter made this cake for Easter and I was going to have her make the cake with some of the changes that the reviewers had suggested but by the time I remembered she had already made the recipe as written. I did have her throw in some golden raisins though. This was terrific! Thanks for the recipe!
