Spicy Lemon Pork Saute
OMG...they are a keeper. I don't do very spicy food so I used the cayenne pepper sparingly, but next time I will try a little more. I did use 3 large garlic cloves and 1/4 c. lemon juice for 2 chops. They were SO tender and moist I couldn't believe it, because I usually ruin pork chops when I fry them. This recipe is a company one...would be proud to serve it to anyone. :-)

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Flavor was awesome...unfortunately a bit too hot for me even tho I used only half the hot sauce called for. Will change some things to compensate for not using hot sauce. I only used 2 chicken breasts and the sauce thickened so well there wasn't enough..I like sauce...will make some modifications next time.

Best Ever Pie Crust
I have not tried this recipe but it is almost exactly like the one I do use. The big thing I noticed is the shortening. Lard is by far the best and I always substitute some of that for butter, gives a richer flakier crust. Also ice water is important, and use surgical gloves when I handle pastry.
