Pesto Chicken Florentine

Very easy and delicious...made my own pesto and alfredo sauce. I also doubled the amount of spinach, added sun-dried tomatoes for added taste/color and a blend of freshly grated Romano and Parmesan. Molto Buono! P.S. Even my son-in-law who HATES vegetables LOVED it!!!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Excellent....I chose to leave out the raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon due to our family's preference...but this is the best Creamy Rice Pudding I've ever made! Thanks for sharing!
