Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
I just finished making this stew and I followed the recipe exactly as written. I have a recipe that I always use for stew that is very good but I decided to try this recipe because it didn't seem to be as much work as my other recipe, all the 5* reviews this recipe received, and because I had an envelope of onion soup mix I wanted to get rid of. I can't put my finger on what it is about this stew that I don't like but I think it may be the onion soup mix. That is the only ingredient that isn't in my regular stew. The gravy seems as if it has too many different flavors happening and tastes a bit strange to me. I'm going to play with it a bit now with maybe some canned tomatoes and whatever else I can dig up in my pantry to try and soften the flavors but I found the recipe as written was just OK.

Individual Baked Eggs
I followed this recipe exactly as written. I had family visiting for brunch and I wanted to make something impressive but something I could make ahead so I wasn't in the kitchen the entire time. This recipe is great. I prepared it before everyone arrived and placed the whole muffin tin in the fridge then threw it in the oven when everyone arrived. It was a BIG hit and super easy. Will definitely make again.

Campbell's(R) Pennsylvania Dutch Ham and Noodle Casserole
This recipe is not that good as written. I could see it being a hit with young kids but you definitely need to add 1/2 cup - 1 cup milk. I also only added half of the cooked noodles. 5 cups would've been way too much even with the addition of milk. I probably wouldn't make this again. I made it thinking the hubby would like it. He ate without complaint but then he tossed the leftovers without saying anything. If you half the noodles, add milk and some other spices I would rate this recipe a 3.
