Chicken Cordon Bleu II

My husband LOVED this....I thought it was okay something with the sauce, but the chicken was gooooood. :) browned and then baked til temp was 165 :)

really hard to roll into balls...came out good tho! I got really confused for a minute because I didn't know which sugar to pour into and ultimately forgot the powdered sugar at the end, but it was still good :)

World's Best Lasagna

I was really worried about making this because my husbands a jerk when i try new stuff. It was really good I followed the directions exactly except left out the fennel seed(6.00$ no thank you) and used fresh basilinstead. Could have used a lil spice kicked but all in all pretty darn good.update.... I used the sauce as a spaghetti sauce.... Only eliminating 1can of paste so it wasn't too thick... It is sooooo good ;)

Southwest Beef Skillet Dinner

Great. Easy. Also used reg tomato soup. and bec my husban doesnot like onion or garlic i used garlic salt and powder and onion powder instead. perfect with cornbread.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

We just finished this. It was a big hit....I served it over a choice of egg wide noodles...or white rice. It was greatl. Next time I will definetely add another can of soup. I used a family size can with 5 large chops and the gravy didn't really stretch. My husband doesnt like mushrooms but he loved this!
