Merlot-Peppercorn Steak Sauce
Not good. This is not a sauce. This is a reduction of primeval elements. 1 garlic clove vs. 3 tbs of worcestershire sauce and a half pound of pepper???????

Sweet Potato Biscuits
Nice light biscuits, and easy to make. I used the food processor to bring it together, then dumped on the counter to finish. I used butter instead of shortening and only needed about half the milk. Went great with turkey soup on a post-Thanksgiving clearout! I'll definitely make these again.

Zucchini Tomato Soup II
Perfect as is! All the rest of my spare zucchini will be going into batches of this to freeze for winter lunches. Loved the seasoning, the texture, everything.
