Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Wonderful! Not too sweet. I did use a full cup of butter instead of half shortening, because I didn't have any on hand. I will be making this again. And often.

Easy Sugar Cookies
Just finished these cookies, really great recipe. I added 1/4 tspn salt, rolled in colored sugar, and baked for 9 minutes. I absolutely WILL be making these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Rich Chocolate Frosting
I scaled this down to 8 servings, which was by far more than enough for 16 cupcakes. It is the best chocolate frosting I have ever made. I did swap the milk for chocolate milk, since I was out of plain.
