I am only giving it 4 stars because the first day I ate it.. I did not like it all that much, and I couldn't get the garlic taste out of my mouth... but the next day when I reheated the left overs... it was FABULOUS! I did not toast my almonds, and I added some parm, but that was it. I am new to the whole pesto thing, and I love all the different ways you can make it. I definetly will go back to this recipe, but I will heat up the pesto first to cook some of that raw garlic taste out before eating.
