Almond Butter
Well, I'm not sure where to start. Even with the addition of honey, it was too dry. It made my (Cuisinart, not a bad brand) food processor overheat before I could fully process, after about 15 minutes of trying. One serving is 8 grams, about half a tablespoon. The taste is ok, nothing phenomenal. I submitted a couple of pictures so that people could get an idea of the consistency. I will not use this recipe again.

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs
Oh, these are good. They are not the best meatballs I've ever had, but very very yummy. I had some cajun seasoning and my fiance really seemed to like it on the chicken, so I decided to search for something with beef and the seasoning. I made a couple of changes because 1. my fiance is allergic to onions and 2. I didn't have any peach preserves. I also didn't have any barbecue sauce, so I ended up making my own, chopping some pineapple slices in the blender, and adding them to the sauce. The flavour is unlike any meatball I've ever had, and we ended up eating way too many. They're pretty addictive!

Ashley's Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these last night for my fiance, who has never had homemade chocolate chip cookies in his life! I usually use the generic cookie recipe on the back of the chocolate chip bag, but I've just moved to the UK and everything's a little different. He loved them. He couldn't stop eating them. I had to finally take them away when I thought he was going to make himself sick. I am sitting here, eating one of them as I type this, and they are still good, the next day at noon, still very soft. My only complaint is that, even after sifting, they flatten out quite a bit. Next time I will try sifting the flour twice. No matter what, these are definitely the best cookies I've ever had. This is my new cookie recipe.
