Cranberry Sauce I
This is a great recipe and has lots of room to play and experiment. I have made this a number of times using half OJ and half water for a more cranberry, less orange-y taste. When I use the OJ in full force I often add some orange peel zest which is a nice touch. Even better is some Grand Marnier if you have it. It is also fun to play with the sugar. I enjoy doing 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar. I think it gives the cranberry sauce a more sophisticated taste. Enjoy this great recipe and have fun making it your own!
