This was great! I put 2 frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts in, poured everything else over, and added a can of black beans (rinsed & drained). 8 hours later, soup! I ladled into bowls, squeezed a bit of lime juice, sprinkled a little grated cheese, and added diced avocado, a little sour cream, and the tortilla strips. Soooooo goooood! Even my kids liked it, including the one who will only eat one brand of mac n cheese. My 10 year old ate a whole bowl and then THANKED ME for the soup.
