Peanut Butter Bars I
I have been making a similar recipe for many a year and they are definitely one of the favourites at our house. TIP: line the pan with waxed paper right up the sides - after about an hour in the fridge, the topping has set up faily well - just pick up by the waxed paper 'handles', on a cutting board just cut into bars right on the waxed paper and if you are half careful you can lift the whole thing back into the pan - works great for me
