Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Great cookie - tastes better if you bake for 11 min and remove from pan so it stays softer. (Unless you prefer crispy cookies!) Nice for the holidays.

Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake

It was awesome, and I forgot to put the cream cheese in! Definitely a winner. The liquid smoke adds a richness that cannot be beat!
