Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Couldn't be an easier dish to prepare. My picky daughter couldn't get enough. Will definitely make again and again and again!

Yeah! Another dish my picky daughter enjoyed! We had fun preparing it together and she enjoyed eating it as well. The only thing is she would prefer non chunky peanut butter...I enjoyed the chunky peanut butter though. We will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Chile Verde

This smelled soooo good but unfortunately was too spicy for my daughter and me. I even omitted the jalapeno's because of my daughters pickiness! Also, I added flour to help thicken it but still felt there was too much liquid. I will definitely make this again with a few changes~mild instead of medium green salsa and less liquid by reducing the number of cans from 5 to 2.5 cans. I will not be adding jalapeno's but canned corn was a nice addition. Garnish with cilantro and sour cream.

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I really enjoyed these! Unfortunately, I didn't have the taco seasoning on hand but they tasty even without it. My only complaint is they tend to be soggy and I found them to burn easily so keep a close eye on them. Next time I will just use sea salt to season.
