This was my first jam. I'm 13, and it was VERY easy to make. It has ann excellent flavour. I scaled the recipe down, and it asked for 1 cup sugar, but i gave somewhere along 4/5. I boiled it for a bit too long, however, so it's a bit hard. I'm still giving the recipe 5 stars because that's my fault. I did the jelling test and sterilzed the jar in boiling water as other users reccommended, but I didn't turn it upside down because I didn't make much and it'll be gone in less than a week. Wonderful.
