Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
I have not met a person yet that doesn't love this casserole. I first made it for a board meeting for my work and when people were going back for thirds I knew it was a winner. I used only 1 can of cream of potato soup and added a can of cheddar cheese soup to amp up the cheese flavor, otherwise the recipe remained the same!

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
This is an easy soup with a lot of flavor. I used spicy sausage which made the broth have a little bite at the end and I also added some ditalini pasta.

Sister Schubert's® Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
This is by far the best sloppy joe recipe I have had. It is so flavorful. My husband and I made a massive batch of it for an event at his work and we had no leftovers, people were going back for more. It is an easy recipe and needs no modifications.

Ground Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
My husband LOVES this recipe and begs me to make it. I modify it a bit, using sour cream instead of yogurt, half moz/half cheddar for the cheese, a can of enchilada sauce (that seems absolutely necessary) and olives on top. When I was pregnant I used canned chilis instead of jalapenos. Good recipe though, it is part of the usual suspects in our house.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
This has become an all time favorite in my house. We make it every couple of weeks and use the leftover meat for chicken burritos. The tinfoil bit freaked me out a bit, so I just used the rack that came with the slow cooker. I stuff the chicken with whatever is lying around, usually an onion and garlic. We like our spice so we usually coat it with a jerk or some other spicy flavor combo.
