Apple Crisp IV
Will not make this again, way too much butter, turned out like a gooey clump of butter and oatmeal, had reduced the flour, but then had to add more. Tasted like a dish of all oatmeal, butter and flour, yuck!!! Found a recipie in Betty Crocker cookbook that was much better

Sweet and Sour Pork III
Best sauce I ever tasted! Used Red wine vinegar instead of apple cider, tasted great! Threw in leftover pieces of pork roast instead of coating and deep frying the pork. Added sliced zucchini too. Yummy!

Tomato Barley Soup
Absolutely yummy!!! Doubled the water, carrots, added 3/4 cup uncooked barley. Left out the fresh tomatoes, just added the can of diced tomatoes. A little dried basil, a few bay leaves. Didn't have the can of chicken broth, threw in 2 chicken boullion cubes. Also added chunks of leftover sirloin tip roast. Will add an extra cup of water or will get a can of broth for next time. Enough left over for my husband and I for another meal.
