Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I also made suggested modifications: 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1 Tbsp. vanilla. I reduced the water to 1 Tbsp. and I waited to add the vanilla until just before pouring on the apples to make the filling. I did not want the vanilla to cook away while it simmered. I baked the pie at 325 for one hour. Awesome pie!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So easy, so good - I used Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce - just enough to coat, then I let my guests add additional sauce to their own sandwiches.

Baked Coconut Shrimp

So good! I'm not even a huge coconut fan but I had coconut shrimp at a restaurant and couldn't get it out of my mind. This recipe was delicious as written. I did not turn my shrimp halfway through baking and they were still crisp.

Garlic Butter
