Baked Pork Chops I
Great recipe! I listened to the advice of HOLLY9000 and it came out amazing. Almost like pork marsala. The key alterations are definitely as follows: Reduce oven time(I used boneless chops and browned them for about 3-4 mins on each side and then cooked for 20/20). Also, definitelyl add sauteed onions & mushrooms to the doubled sauce. I sauteed them right in the pork grease and added about 1/2 cup of white wine and a pat of butter during cooking - then after liquid simmered off I added them to the sauce. My husband really does not like pork and he said I could make this one any time. Thanks for the recipe!!
