Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

You will have more flavor if you tear up the beef into large bite size pieces, saute in the butter for a bit and then add the flour and milk.

Acorn Squash

I do something similar except I leave squash whole, cut off the cap at the pointed end, seed it, add honey, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Put cap back on, place in baking pan with a little water and bake.

Hot and Tangy Broccoli Beef

I also added more garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. I used rice vinegar; since it is milder I might add a tsp or two more next time. Served it with rice made Asian style--no salt, so next time instead of water I will use a cup of beef broth to give it a flavor boost.
