Slow Cooker Venison Sloppy Joes
Not too bad. I didn't have cumin and therefor didn't use it. The major complaint I got from everyone was that it was way too sweet. Having said that, they did ask me to try making it again another time with perhaps less, or no, brown sugar.

Pepperoncini Beef
Ok, since we are not fans of fat in our meat, we didn't use the beef chuck roast and instead used a 3 lb beef top round London Broil. Man!!!!! It was awesome!!!! After cooking it, as described in the recipe, I took a spoon and broke the meat up in the crock until it was shredded then I stirred it all up. I cooked it about 30 minutes more. We then served the meat/pepper mixture (draining the juice off the spoon to prevent soggy rolls) on long rolls with provolone cheese and horseradish! BOY was it good! Thanks!!!!

Portobello Sandwiches
Haven't tried this yet but it sounds great. I think the following remoulade sauce would be awesome with it! I'm gonna try mine with the remoulade instead of the mayo/capers combo. I've had this remoulade on Salmon croquettes before and it's great!!!!!!! Remoulade Dressing: 1/3 cup plain yogurt 1 tsp capers 1 1/2 tbsp mayo 2 tsp parsley 2 tsp green onions 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tarragon 1/8 pepper Dash hot sauce
