New Potatoes with Caper Sauce

Fantastic just the way it's written! I used slightly larger potatoes (what I had) and cut them smaller, no salt at the end, but pepper was good. Try it!

I did just a little tweaking after reading the comments. No oil, greek yogurt and added some grated cucumber. Everyone LOVED it!

Honey Mustard Dressing II

I liked the flavor a lot, but ended up adding double amounts of honey & mustard. Then just a touch of pepper & horseradish. Otherwise it was excellent!

Amazing White Clam Sauce

My dh adores this dish! I always sprinkle some cayenne in it instead of red pepper flakes, just enough to have some bite. I think it needs either more cooking time or some cornstarch in order to make a thick sauce, but it tastes great whether it's thick or not!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Amazing! Rich, decadent and over-the-top chocolate. Not overly sweet, but you absolutely need to cut small pieces. I made a raspberry sauce to go with it - turned out to be completely unnecessary.

Berry Trifle

I love this recipe! I did swap Amaretto for the praline liquor and make more layers so the pudding is on the bottom too. Otherwise... perfection!

Banana Nut Bread I

I thought this was too sweet. Also didn't taste a whole lot of banana in it. Moist though, excellent consistency.
